Authorship should reflect meaningful contributions to the research and manuscript.
IMGRJ follows the ICMJE recommendations for authorship and contributorship.
All authors must approve the final manuscript and accept responsibility for their contributions.
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence their work or judgment.
Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively, maintain confidentiality, and disclose potential conflicts of interest.
Reviewers may not use unpublished information obtained through peer review for personal or professional advantage.
Generative artificial intelligence tools may assist with language or manuscript preparation when appropriately disclosed.
AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of submitted content.
IMGRJ may issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions when significant errors or research-integrity concerns are identified after publication.
Editorial decisions are based on scientific quality, relevance, originality, and ethical integrity.
Decisions will not be influenced by an author’s nationality, institution, career stage, or IMG status.
